Choose a word of the day and write it down in English and German so that it is visible during the meeting. You have 3 minutes to share a little anecdote or explanation. The goal for all viewers is then to use the word as often as possible during the meeting. This trains our improvisation skills. The Ah-Counter notes down who uses the word most often.
The role can be extended creatively: It’s about putting a focus and thus challenging the audience a bit. For example, you could also set body language as the “spotlight” of the day.
